Hey everyone, Mark here, I want to address something that came up during the last show, because I think there’s some confusion about how the show information is shared, and I want to clear it up.
I genuinely appreciate the enthusiasm and the fact that people want to be prepared ahead of time, that means a lot. But I do want to set the record straight, because the suggestion that I don’t give enough notice isn’t quite accurate.
Here’s what’s already in place for every single show:
I post the cigar we are smoking on Instagram and Facebook hours before the show, and I have been doing that consistently.
Because you’re busy, I respect your inbox and intentionally limit the emails and notifications I send to you.
🔔 I hit the live button and send a notification when we are live, giving everyone time to join in so they don’t miss the start.
📅 There is a full schedule posted on Substack with all the dates It’s been that way since July of 2025.
📌 Every post I publish includes a link to that schedule.
🗂️ When I publish the live show recap and archive, the next cigar we’re smoking has recently been listed right there, along with a link to the schedule
📖 There is a “How to Watch” guide that explains exactly what I do on my end and what you need to do on yours , with, you guessed it, a link to the schedule
I’ve built this system to be consistent and repeatable so that nothing falls through the cracks. The information is there, in multiple places, every time.
I’m not going to change the process. I want everyone to be able to follow along easily, which is exactly why all of this is set up the way it is. If you’re ever unsure where to find something, the schedule is always one click away from pretty much anywhere on the page.
