I came across around 10 new cigars that dropped this week, and they look pretty good.
My next plan is to hop on Instagram and Facebook to hunt down some of those awesome boutique companies. I enjoy digging for those smaller blends because we can find some real hidden gems that way,
Oliva Serie V Melanio Edición Año 2025 by Oliva Cigar Co.
The cigar was announced on September 17, 2025, and began shipping to retailers this week. This year’s limited edition is a Robusto Extra that serves as a tribute to the tobacco leaf itself. This release was unveiled at the Intertabac trade show in Germany.
Tatuaje Mummy Redux
This cigar was announced on September 16, 2025, as the latest release in the Monster Redux series. It resurrects the popular “Mummy” blend from 2012 in a 7 1/2 by 47 double corona size. The cigar is a Nicaraguan puro made at the My Father Cigars S.A. factory.
John Daly’s “The Lion” (Long Game) by San Giuseppe
The new John Daly cigar brand was announced on September 19, 2025. This 6 1/4 by 52 cigar is one of two inaugural releases from the legendary golfer. It features an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper with a three-country filler blend.

This 4 1/2 by 50 robusto was also announced on September 19, 2025. It is blended to be a milder smoke, perfect for a shorter time on the golf course. It uses an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper with Dominican and Pennsylvanian filler.
Trinidad 55th Anniversary by Habanos S.A.
This ultra-premium Cuban cigar was announced on September 18, 2025. The release celebrates the brand’s 55th birthday with extremely aged Trinidad Fundadores. It is the first release in the new Habanos Vintage program, with tobaccos aged for a minimum of 10 years.
Fatboy Line by Gurkha Cigars
This new line from Gurkha was introduced on September 19, 2025. It was created to meet the returning demand for cigars with larger ring gauges.
LCA: St. Paulie Girl by Limited Cigar Association
This cigar was released in September 2025 as an exclusive for LCA retailers. It is a Dominican cigar from the Chico Rivas factory that has been aged for four years.
LCA+: Happy Meal by Limited Cigar Association
Also released in September 2025, this cigar was made by Tabacalera La Perla in Nicaragua. It features a blend of Nicaraguan filler with a Dominican wrapper and binder.
Crowned Heads Blood Medicine LE 2025
This cigar began arriving at retailers in September 2025. It is a limited-edition follow-up to a highly sought-after 2015 regional release.
Drew Estate Deadwood Dominicana
This cigar recently arrived at retailers as a new PCA 2025 release. This is the first Deadwood cigar to be produced in the Dominican Republic.
La Aroma de Cuba Connecticut by Ashton
This cigar began shipping to retailers in September 2025. It is a new regular-production line that features an Ecuadorian-grown Connecticut-seed wrapper.
